Organic, Rainforest Alliance certified coffee from the Monterey Estate in Western El Salvador. A three generation coffee farm on 136 acres grows 100% Bourbon coffee trees that produce a coffee that is smooth, chocolaty and has some caramel and fruity tones. Roasted to a full city darkness that isn't light, nor too dark, allowing the natural taste of this coffee to come through.
